This Copyright Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for The Golf Sleep App (the “Service”) operated by Kurtis Frank Cummings doing business as The Golf Sleep App (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to:

Audio recordings
Narration
Scripts
Story text
Music
Sound effects
Ambient audio
Artwork
Graphics
Logos
App design
Software
Website content
Text and descriptions
AI-generated content
Compilations of content
are owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Canada and international copyright laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
2. Copyright Protection
All audio content, stories, scripts, recordings, and app content are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, reproduction, public performance, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Users may not:
Record audio from the app
Extract audio files
Upload audio to YouTube, Spotify, podcasts, or other platforms
Share audio files
Sell or redistribute content
Use content commercially
Create derivative works based on stories or audio
Translate or adapt stories for distribution
Publish transcripts of stories
Use content for AI training or machine learning datasets
Use automated tools to extract content
Scrape content from the Service
3. Limited License to Users
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream or listen to content through the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
This license does not grant ownership of any content.
This license terminates if:
Your subscription ends
Your account is terminated
You violate the Terms of Service
The Service is discontinued
4. Copyright Infringement Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.
If you believe that any content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice.
5. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information in writing:
Your name and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location within the Service
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

6. Removal of Content
We reserve the right to remove any content that is alleged to infringe copyright without prior notice and at our discretion.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Your name and contact information
Identification of the removed content
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
Consent to jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia, Canada
Your signature

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and brand names displayed in the Service are the property of the Company or their respective owners. Users may not use trademarks without written permission.
10. Enforcement of Rights
We reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including claims for damages, injunctions, and legal fees.
