SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms form part of the Terms of Service and apply to all subscriptions purchased for The Golf Sleep App (the “Service”).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Subscription Services

The Service may offer subscription-based access to premium audio content, sleep stories, relaxation content, and additional features.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, yearly, promotional, or other recurring basis.

Access to subscription content is provided only while the subscription is active and in good standing.

2. Billing and Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through third-party platforms including:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

We do not process payments directly and do not store payment card information.

Payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the app store platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Your subscription is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store to automatically charge your account for renewal fees.

4. Third-Party Platform (GoodBarber)

The Service is built, hosted, and managed using the GoodBarber platform. GoodBarber facilitates subscription management, push notifications, analytics, and other app infrastructure.

  1. Subscription payments, notifications, and content delivery may depend on GoodBarber’s platform functionality.

  2. The Company is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures caused by GoodBarber.

  3. Users acknowledge and agree that GoodBarber may process limited data on behalf of the Company, including device identifiers, subscription metadata, and usage analytics.

5. Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices may change at any time. If subscription pricing changes, the new price will apply at the next renewal period.

Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Push Notifications and Marketing Consent

Electronic Communications Consent
By using the Service, you consent to receive push notifications, service-related communications, and marketing communications (where consented) from the Company. You may manage, modify, or withdraw consent through app settings or your device settings at any time. Withdrawal of consent may limit certain features or content access.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods from time to time.

If a free trial is offered, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials or promotional offers at any time.

8. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to subscription content until the end of the current billing period, after which access may be terminated.

8. Refund Policy / Payment Disputes

All subscription fees and purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where refunds are issued by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Unused content

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Device incompatibility

  • Lack of usage

Refund requests must be submitted to the app store through which the purchase was made.

Payment Disputes
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or refunded by Apple or Google per their policies. Users may contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly to dispute charges, request refunds, or resolve billing errors. The Company is not responsible for the outcome of disputes handled by the app store provider.

10. Subscription Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscription access if:

  • Payment fails

  • The app store reports a chargeback

  • The account is suspected of fraud

  • The user violates Terms of Service

  • The Service is discontinued

  • Required by law

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription features at any time.

11. Changes to Subscription Services

We may change:

  • Subscription features

  • Available content

  • Pricing

  • Billing periods

  • Subscription tiers

  • Promotional offers

We are not liable for modifications to subscription offerings.

12. App Store Responsibility Disclaimer

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We are not responsible for:

  • Billing errors

  • Payment processing errors

  • Refund decisions

  • Subscription cancellations

  • App store account issues

All subscription billing issues must be directed to the app store provider.

13. Taxes

Subscription fees may include applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes depending on your location and app store policies.

14. Subscription Availability

We do not guarantee that subscription services or content will be available in all regions or at all times.
